one of the easiest reads!
- Power Eating by Susan Kleiner -
This is a higher-level book, but it does a great job of explaining how to
gain muscle mass in a healthy way.
- Naturally Thin by Bethenny Franel
- This is a great read for anyone trying to clean-up their diet and lose
a few unwanted pounds the healthy way.
Weight Training Books:
- The "Complete Conditioning for..."
series of books - There is a book for almost every sport and they are
easy to follow for anyone looking for a sport-specific workout.
- The "Ultimate Guide to Weight
Training for..." series of books - There is a book for almost every sport
in this series, as well. They are a great starting point for
sport-specific weight training.
