Psychology
Course Description: Psychology is a social/behavior science elective class offered to juniors and seniors. Psychology is the scientific, systematic study of behaviors and mental processes, or in other words; the study of a person’s mind and actions. Some of the included topics in this course are: the life span, motivation, emotions, stress, morality, integrity, psychological disorders, and perception. This course receives articulation credit through Western Dakota Technical Institute, and therefore will be taught as a college prep course, which will require a higher level of intrinsic motivation and a solid work ethic from each student enrolled.
